Having trained more than 2,500 young people in the areas of entrepreneurship, business creation, economic and social empowerment, and capacity building, my mission is to empower and inspire entrepreneurs and youth, to develop their self-motivation and self-esteem.
Having discovered the exciting world of social entrepreneurship and economic empowerment through the training actions I led during my associative career as president of the consortium POSITIVER “For the support of initiatives in the regions”, I decided to give myself every chance by leaving the public service (the chamber of commerce and industry of Tunis) after 09 years of work and completing my professional career by launching my own company: TAMK-in Academy for Training Engineering, a research, and training office specialized in Solidarity Entrepreneurship and Collective Intelligence, in which I am fully invested.
To carry out my missions as a trainer in training engineering, I have trained myself since May 2019 in almost 240 trainers in action learning, 200 of whom have continued with me on specialization courses in project ideation and entrepreneurship, communication and soft skills, strategic planning, and collective intelligence.
