Job Objectives:
Manage and monitor all performance testing activities, ensuring stable and predictable solutions that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance testing requirements and coordinate initiatives.
- Document, implement, and enforce processes and procedures for performance testing.
- Drive performance testing efforts, from planning to execution and oversight.
- Create test plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Review test cases, track requirements, and modify testing artifacts.
- Consolidate test results and report to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and drive standards for performance testing practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: First degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Testing and/or Development.
- Skills: Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Knowledge of core banking systems and experience with testing tools are desirable.
