The MYSEA Project: Empowering Futures
The MYSEA project, a regional initiative aimed at enhancing employment opportunities for youth and women through skills development and capacity building, forms the backdrop of this significant partnership. In collaboration with the Tunisian Union for Social Solidarity, TAMK-in Academy has played a vital role in implementing the MYSEA project.
TAMK-in’s Role in MYSEA
At the core of this transformative initiative is TAMK-in Academy, which serves as the educational partner responsible for shaping the futures of the program’s beneficiaries. TAMK-in Academy has been instrumental in implementing the MYSEA project across six Tunisian governorates: Tunis, Ben Arous, Ariana, Manouba, Nabeul, and Bizerte.
The heart of the MYSEA project lies in its mission to empower the next generation. Over 200 beneficiaries, comprising young men and women, are actively participating in Tamkin’s rigorous program, which spans 880 hours of training. This comprehensive training program is guided by a team of 36 experienced trainers who mentor and prepare participants for the challenges of the job market.

The formal signing ceremony took place on Thursday, September 21, 2023, on the sidelines of the national forum marking the conclusion of the MYSEA project. It signifies the beginning of a promising era of collaboration and development.
