Communication and soft skills

Started on 26/12/2022

You accompany and/or train young or less young people who may lack the relational skills to carry out their project.

These “soft skills” are not innate and can be acquired. Soft skills are recognized as being as important, if not more important, than know-how in developing one’s employability or other projects. You are convinced of this and you wish to train and accompany people who need to develop their personal effectiveness, clarify their project and move forward with agility. Through experiments and decoding keys, this training will allow you to transmit a basic kit on soft skills.

Objectives of the training

Know how to transmit basic relational and behavioral skills, clarify the role and place of the facilitator and discover fun teaching methods and techniques to facilitate the appropriation of “soft skills”.
